My -early- birthday celebration

Today was truly one of the best days in my life. I was supposed to have a normal fun outing with my friends but it turned out that we ended up celebrating my birthday. We bought a cake without knowing the actual flavour (lol) and made a simple celebration at Sushie Tie Restaurant. The feeling was great when they sang birthday song for me and even wished me good things. Of course there were some funny and random stuff happened lol.

Thanks again to Billy, Jennifer, and Da Lung. You guys really made my day! =D

Recently, my friends seem to have a new addiction of translating the titles of English movies and other stuff into Malay. StarCraft Original + Brood War Download

I have started playing this game again today after 7 years. I guess it's all thanks to Bernard and Ant for reminding me of it again lol. So, I tried downloading the game through torrent which has over 900 seeds but it just wouldn't let me download. Good thing Rapidshare has the direct download links though. Thanks, Rapidshare! LOL XD

So, now I'll tell how to download and install the full version of StarCraft without having to install CD or patch.

First, download the original game. Here are the links:

Next, download Daemon Tools HERE.

Now that you have all the things required, extract all the files of the original game you downloaded earlier. You should see a folder with ISO file and serial number in it after that. DO NOT CLICK ANYTHING.

Install the Daemon Tools. You have to reboot your PC to complete installation. Once you are done with that, open the Daemon Tools. You can find the shortcut on your taskbar. Left click on it and you will see something like this:



You clicked and see "Unmount all drives" and something like "No device detected" below it instead of "Device 0: [F:] STARCRAFT"? Don't panic. It's simply because you haven't installed the game lol. Click on the "No device detected" and you should see a window popping out. Locate the ISO file earlier and click "OK".

The setup will run automatically and all you need to do is choose "Install StarCraft" and NOT "Install Spawn". Install like normaal and enter the serial number earlier. You can now start playing your StarCraft happily and ftw, you can even play the single player mode without CD! =D

And here is the extension, StarCraft Brood War if you want to download. Note that IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO INSTALL BROOD WAR TO PLAY THE GAME. So, you can skip this part if you just want to play the original version.

Canta Per Me by Kaito

I tried out my Vocaloid yesterday and produced these. It was pretty hard since Kaito is specially designed to sing Japanese songs and yet, I made him sang Italian song entitled Canta Per Me from an anime, NOIR.

Ramadhan Bazaar

Today is the first day of fasting for the Muslims which means the yearly Ramadhan Bazaar is back again! I went to the one opposes Sibu Town Square with my family and the car park was fully occupied that it took some time before we could park.



It seems like the stalls there aren't as much as last year's. That's too bad. Just a few minutes after I began hunting for dinner, it rained heavily. So, I was like 'why did I leave the umbrella inside the car? -___-'



Thank god it stopped after some time. I started walking around again and took some random pictures.













Walking near the barbecue area sure wasn't a good thing. The smoke was pretty irritating.



I was planning on buying the fresh sugarcane drink but omg, the queue was too long and I wouldn't waste my time waiting. I bought corn drink instead :3

New layout

I've finally fixed the comment box problem and changed the layout of my blog as well. It doesn't look as colourful as the previous one because I was trying to match it with the new banner. Just in case you're wondering who is the blue-haired guy up there, he is actually Shion Kaito from a voice-synthesizing program by Yamaha known as Vocaloid. It's truly one of the best and most epic programs ever created. I have been looking for the download link of this application for weeks but I still can't find any. Well, I did find one yesterday but the link appeared to be broken and it only mentioned that after I have registered on the download site. Sigh.. I guess the only thing I can do is to purchase it but where can I get one here? >_>

Anyway, my last exam finally ended at 10:55am this morning and I think I did better this time. My friends even took my paper and marked it right away without my knowing after that since they got the answers. Surprisingly enough, I managed to score over 40 out of 60 marks even though I didn't really study for that paper due to laziness and tiredness XD

My STPM time table has been released by MPM too today. It seems like STPM will only start on the 23th of November for me unlike some of my friends who have to begin sitting on the 19th since they are taking Bio papers instead of Physics. Bwahahaha! Another reason why Physics pwns for being one of the last few papers to be examined. Even so, I was a bit disappointed with the time table because I was expecting the whole thing to end before the 10th of December since I was supposed to fly over to KL on that day. Ah well, nothing can be done I guess =/

I'll stop here and sorry for not updating my blog for a pretty long time. I shall post more stuff next time >=D

Our Farewell Party ROCKED!!

I have just returned from my school's prefects farewell party about 3 hours ago and I have to say that everything was awesome! I ended up taking over hundred pics and videos using my camera. Lol XD

The best moment about the party was when we made a video clip about our memories when we were still prefects and projected it on the huge screen. It sure brought back lots of memories :)
