Noodle House

It was raining again today and while waiting for the rain to stop, I went to another eating place called Noodle House with my aunt which is located just behind Sibu Police Station.

This image isn't that clear since it was taken from inside the car during a rainy day.

The environment inside is pretty good and there is music as well. This place somewhat reminds me of Cafe Cafe.

The prices of the food aren't too high as well and the drinks can be considered cheap. Well, much cheaper than the cafe I've mentioned above.

Here are some of the things we ordered.

Chocolate Milk Tea

Hot Cocoa. Drinking this during cold weather sure is good.

Fried Wantan.

Hot Plate Noodle.

Overall, it's a pretty good place to eat considering that you don't have to pay extra for the services and environment. Don't be hesitate to enter this place next time.

Bread + Sponge cake + Ice cream = ???

Oh well, saw this recipe on TV and decided to give it a try XD

Ingredients:

> Bread
> Sponge cake (any flavour)
> Ice cream (any flavour)
> Flour
> Egg (depends on the amount of flour you're going to use)
> Cooking oil

Methods:

1. Slice the sponge cake and ice cream. Is it best to make them square and the size should not be larger than a piece of bread.

2. Arrange them between 2 pieces of bread according to this arrangement:
- From top: a piece of bread, a slice of sponge cake, ice cream, a slice of sponge cake, a piece of bread.

3. Now, mix the flour together with egg and beat them.

4. We are going to fry this so get your pan and oil ready.

5. Dip the one you made in step 2 into the mixture of flour and egg and fry it immediately.

Voila, you're done now~

I know it looks a bit weird but it actually tastes great. The one we made above didn't look that colourful since we used yellow sponge cake (simply because that was the only one we could find after searching at a few bakeries) and corn-flavoured ice cream. Have fun trying~
