StepMania
I have just recently tried this game and found out that it's pretty awesome. Basically, it's similar to Dance Dance Revolution [DDR] which requires a fast and splendid control of your keyboard arrows depending on the level of difficulty.
Click HERE to download StepMania and give it a try. NOTE THAT IT IS COMPATIBLE WITH WINDOWS VISTA. They only mention up to Windows XP on the download page but I have Windows Vista Ultimate OS installed and I don't experience any problem so far.

Of course not all the songs available for StepMania are anime-related. There are other types of songs as well which can be found by searching from HERE.
Song Installation Guide
1. Once you have downloaded the song you want, extract it using WinZip.
2. Copy the folder.
3. Now, head to you Local Disk C. Go to Program Files and choose StepMania.
4. Click on the Songs folder.
5. Now paste the folder you've copied in Step 2 in it.
6. Voila~ Done =D
